Payman Sadeghi, MD

Board certified in Neurology, Payman Sadeghi, MD is well known within the U.S. and international medical communities for his groundbreaking approach to patient care. Dr. Sadeghi began his career by redefining the theory of headache and migraine medicine, revolutionizing treatment for his patients. Through his proprietary approach, Dr. Sadeghi focuses on diagnosis of the root cause, not just their symptoms. Dr. Sadeghi’s treatments are extremely successful and continue to help thousands of patients become headache free, end their reliance on harmful medications, and get their life back.

Building on the success of his neurology practice, Dr. Sadeghi expanding his practice to help treat numerous conditions, using the same detailed and compassionate approach to medicine. Dr. Sadeghi’s extensive training and clinical experience allows him a unique understanding of how symptoms and conditions can be interrelated, treating the person not the symptom and ultimately helping his patients enjoy their lives to the fullest. Dr. Sadeghi’s professional memberships include the Texas and Florida Medical Associations, American Headache Society, National Headache Foundation, Texas Neurological Society, American Academy of Neurology, American Society of Neuroimaging, and American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. Dr. Sadeghi has trained extensively in the US, Canada, Europe and South America and has been invited to speak across the country. Doctor Sadeghi is a world traveler, a gourmand and an outdoors sportsman. He is a history buff and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Farsi.

Rebecca GeckFNP-BC

Having practiced clinically for over seven years, Rebecca “Becky” is a nurse practitioner with a proven commitment to the patient centered approach to medicine we value. Becky completed her clinical education in a dual MSN/MPH program at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Following an in-depth training program under the guidance of our clinical director, Payman Sadeghi, MD, has been able to expand on her professional experience, mastering the diagnostic practices and clinical techniques used at our center to ensure complete and competent clinical care.

Yanelys GilFNP-BC

Born in Cuba, Yanelys earned a degree in Science in Camaguey before immigrating to the United States in 2005. Yanelys earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Under the guidance of our clinical director, Payman Sadeghi, MD, Yanelys consistently provides high standards of culturally competent care for a wide variety of patients with diverse needs.
